'SLEEP' is for individuals seeking improved sleep and replenished energy. This programme fuses movement sessions with information, practical tips and actionable strategies to enhance your sleep habits and hygiene. The movement sessions are focused around a simple yet effective sleep-oriented yoga sequence and body awareness tools and are accessible to most* regardless of prior yoga experience. *This programme is not suitable for you if you are pregnant. Please contact me if you are considering this course and you have a current health issue for which you are receiving treatment, so we can ensure it is suitable for you. Disclaimer: These sessions offer an opportunity for stress re-education, relaxation and relief of muscular tension, but do still involve physical movements.
