Sleep is an 8 week programme designed for individuals seeking improved sleep and replenished energy. As a counsellor and yoga teacher, I will guide you through weekly live online sessions focused around a simple yet effective sleep-oriented yoga sequence and body awareness tools. These are accessible to most* regardless of prior yoga experience and are recorded if you cannot attend. The sessions are supported with information, practical tips and actionable strategies to enhance your sleep habits and hygiene. The first live session takes place on on zoom on Wednesday 13th March at 7:30 - 8:30pm. The weekly sessions are at the same time each week until, and including Wednesday 1st May. Information, worksheets and audios will be uploaded during the 8 weeks and held within a programme in the member only section of my website. For this reason, during the booking process you will be asked to create a sign in email and password. You can then access all the information and recordings by logging in through my website. You will have access to all the material for a further 8 weeks after the live sessions have ended. Disclaimer: These sessions offer an opportunity for stress re-education, relaxation and relief of muscular tension, but do still involve physical movements.
