During CV-19 I remain available for individual sessions and am doing these online via Zoom
I work individually with people who are experiencing challenges with their physical, mental or emotional wellbeing. I help them to discover positive strategies for overcoming these challenges and support them to integrate these changes gradually and consistently into their life.
I offer movement and talking therapy and can bring either or both of these to the session as is needed. Often it is in reality it can be some combination of both: if we decide to mainly work with the body and movement then talking through issues may naturally happen anyway; if we choose to focus on talking then we always have the option to use techniques from movement and body based practices to help us move forward.
At the core of it, I am ultimately supporting you towards good physical, mental AND emotional wellbeing. We may be primarily focused on one area, but you can be assured that your overall wellbeing, health and happiness is of primary importance to me.
I work with people in Edinburgh and Midlothian.
