Every one is unique. Every body is unique. Every life is unique.
​So how we work together in sessions is complete unique to you.
Individual sessions are a place for you to have space to discuss and explore what's going on for you, how you're feeling about your body and the experience you are having with it at the moment. Together we find positive ways forward that are right for you, and make sense for you and your body.. 

Sessions can help you:
move pain free so you can do the things they want to do in life
improve your body esteem and feel good in yourself
manage and understand stress, anxiety or overwhelm
deal with disordered eating and enjoy a healthier relationship with food & your body
heal from trauma


​I integrate both therapeutic coaching and movement therapy, working more with whichever is most appropriate for you, and where you are at. In practice, sessions are a combination of both. Some sessions may seem more outwardly  'movement-y' if we are using say yoga or pilates as a basis for our session, but coaching is a natural thread though the session too. Other sessions may seem more 'chatty' as we talk through your experience, but we connect in and bring awareness to the body which helps to make sense of the chat. We bring what makes most sense for you and your body into the therapeutic space. And don't worry that you don't know where to start! That's why I'm here!

Sessions take place either in person at my home studio in Midlothian, or online via Zoom.
