“I approached Caroline because I was fed up hating my body. We had 6 sessions together. It was a relief to admit how I was feeling which was helpful in itself. I went away from each session with a new perspective and I enjoyed having something practical to take away too. Journalling was particularly helpful for me and I continue to do this. The big key for me was the thing I found most challenging in the beginning and that was doing a body focused meditation. I know I have some work still to do, but I'm really hopeful about going forward from here and know that I can come back too you any time I need. I'm definitely feeling better about my body.
