“I approached Caroline because I was fed up hating my body. We had 6 sessions together. It was a relief to actually admit to how I was feeling which was helpful in itself. I went away from each session with a new perspective and I enjoyed that I had something practical to take away too. I found the journalling particularly helpful and I will continue to do this. I know I found it particularly challenging but I really think the body focused meditation that you gave me is a big key going forward. I'm definitely feeling better about my body. I know I have some work still to do, but I'm really hopeful about going forward from here and know that I can come back too you any time I need. Thanks so much for your help and inspiration"
