Morning Yoga
Start the day positively with some gentle movement, connection, and presence. Poses are a mix of lying, seated and standing poses and kept simple so that beginners and those with experience can take part.
We start with gentle awareness before mobilising and connecting with our body through lying, seated and standing poses. We finish with a short relaxation or meditation.

Yin Yoga
This slow, mindful practice offers you the opportunity to slow down and find stillness and presence.
Poses are seated or lying and we stay in them for a few minutes to let muscles relax and alignment to deepen. Props can be used to support joints, or help positioning.
It provides time out for you to focus on yourself and your needs.
These classes are specifically helpful to those looking to reduce stress, regulate emotions or improve sleep.

OVERHEARD
"Caroline, you are the best yoga teacher I think I have ever been to in my 25 years of dipping in and out of yoga, between Aberdeen and here! Having the classes online means that I can attend, otherwise your classes would be too far away."
DT "I wanted to let you know how much of difference yin is making to my life. I noticed the other day that I was just standing - calmly! My mind wasn't racing and I was standing without gripping in my legs, which I hadn't even realised I did, until I wasn't doing it anymore. I'm going outside and walking and enjoying slowing down and taking on the views. I'm so grateful for the classes. Thank you. "

"Love the way you teach pilates that felt really fluid with subtleties in the poses that really made a difference. My shoulders feel great! Thanks! "
CW "I've done a couple of Pilates classes online and never really got into it, trying to think what it was that made yours different... I know there was a structure to it but it felt very free flowing and not rigid - in a good way. And I can't believe how fast the time went. Usually I am looking at the clock, but not this time."
