Cancellation Policy

At the moment I do not have the facility for you to cancel or reschedule your booking from your end. Please contact me on 07960445557 if you need to do this. <br>Please give as much notice as you can so that I can open up the slot to someone else.<br>I understand that sudden events, such as emergencies, sometimes happen, that may make it necessary for you to cancel your appointment last minute. On these occasions it is at my discretion if a fee will be charged. Generally however, if less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be charged in full. <br> If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice and do not wish to reschedule then I will organise a refund back onto the card that you paid with.
