"I came to Caroline for graded exercise therapy when I was suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She designed an exercise programme for me that understood my body, my condition and who I was as a person.
Caroline helped me gain confidence in exercise and understand my body which has allowed me to gain control over my health. "I really can’t recommend Caroline enough. I’ve had a persistent foot and ankle injury for well over 2 years - by the end of every day, my foot would be swollen with limited mobility in my ankle. I’d attended some other Caroline’s mobility classes and I knew I had to go and see her. After a single, hour long session last week and with some simple, straightforward exercises, the pain in my foot has disappeared, even after running, and I don’t have a swollen, stiff foot or ankle any more.
