This course is here to:
🌼 Help you understand your own body image narrative
🌼 Support you towards a more compassionate and connective relationship with your body 
🌼 Facilitate you through gentle body awareness practices that you keep to use whenever you want to
🌼 Provide group support with others who feel the same

Autumn Equinox Reset 

A week of movement and journalling. Sept 18-22 (online)

This equinox reset offers:

🍂 Daily morning yoga for 30 mins

🍂 An Autumn Equinox focused evening yin yoga practice

🍂 Journal prompts emailed midweek

🍂 Attend live or receive the recordings


(or attend just the Yin Yoga for £10)

Well-being Coaching Circle 

In-person, September to November

This monthly group circle is a place for you to have time and space with others to focus on setting well-being intentions and goals for the month ahead 

Each session is 90 mins and includes discussion, facilitation and gentle movement or mindful meditation.
