Yoga For All
In-person inclusive classes based on hatha yoga.
These offer space & time for you to be mindful with movement and with you and your body's needs within the practice.

Seasonal Yin Yoga
A monthly in-person practice in the cosy studio at the Pentlands Wellbeing Hub.
These are slow, mindful and supportive practices which offer you the opportunity to slow down and find some quiet in stillness
Fridays 6 - 7:15pm
Usually 3rd Friday of the month
Wintering Well Series
A weekly morning online practice to support you through the winter months.
40 minutes of gentle pilates and yoga based movement aimed at gradually waking and warming you into the day.
Thursdays 7 - 7:4-0am
