Yin yoga is a slow, mindful practice that offers you the opportunity to slow down and find stillness and presence in each pose.
It's the perfect compliment to an active, busy life as it gives you time out of the daily stresses to focus on yourself and your needs.
These classes are suitable for anyone and are specifically helpful to those looking to reduce stress, regulate emotions and / or improve sleep.

This class is for anyone, new or experienced to yoga.
It encourages you to notice your breath, discover your alignment, and find your connection with a range of poses and movements.
It is a good opportunity to rebalance the week that has been and to gently open up for the day and weekend ahead.
