Yoga and Pilates Classes


Yoga For All

I run in-person inclusive classes in Midlothian and South Edinburgh. 


Based on hatha yoga they offer space & time for you to be mindful with your movement and you and your body's needs within the practice. 

Yin Yoga

I run both in-person and online yin yoga classes. 

These are slow, mindful and supportive practices. they offer you the opportunity to slow down and find some quiet in stillness


I have some pilates classes starting after the summer and will pop some detail up here once I have dates, times and venues confirmed
